For a short, easy climb — more a stroll, rather — up a very well-made, universally-accessible gravel path — you are treated to views of the Presidential Range and Mt. Washington in one direction. In another direction, distant blue mountains serve as the backdrop to the orchards and fields that fall away before you. At the top of the hill, there are a few picnic tables sheltered under a copes of towering conifers.

One of the country's finest theaters, the Ogunquit Playhouse continues the legacy of the iconic summer theater tradition. Organizing plays, musicals and shows, this theater is a well-known attraction among locals and tourists alike. It is featured on the National Register of Historic Places. Side Note: One of my favorite Memories growing up, is my parents and I (just me) coming here as a child to all the musicals. The Three of us were the only ones who loved music and Theatre in our family and would come once a year every year to one show during the summer.

Sawyer Mountain Trail is a 3.9 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Limington, Maine that features a river and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Tuckerman Ravine is a glacial cirque sloping eastward on the southeast face of Mt. Washington, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Although it draws hikers throughout the year, and skiers throughout the winter, it is best known for the many "spring skiers" who ascend it on foot and ski down the steep slope from early April into July. In this period, the temperatures are relatively mild but the natural snowpack — which averages up to 55 feet (17 m) in a typical winter — is still adequate to ski most seasons. The record-setting high winds atop Mount Washington scour a massive amount of snow from the surrounding highlands and drop it here or in the adjacent Huntington Ravine.

Lots of Disc Golfers Come Nationwide to play at this course and Stay at the Jeremiah Mason House for they can wake up very early, get a breakfast sandwich to go and make it on the course by 7am.

York County Zoo is an amazing thing to do on Sunny Days or even Rainy Days for Families or just people who enjoy walking or animals. They have rides and tons of educational things to see. Some Attractions include an amusement park, mini golf, a Butterfly Park, the zoo of course, a sandy beach and games!. Rain or shine you will have fun.

Fantastic Restaurant just 20 minutes away in Alfred. If you are looking for a location big enough for a party or large group, this is the place to be. Casual setting, great food. Open Wednesday - Sunday.

Sebago Lake State Park is open all year round from 9 AM to sunset. There are plenty of activities to enjoy while at the park-like boating, canoeing, fishing and more.

Shaw Park was opened in the summer of 2006 and provides access to miles of trails, walking, horseback riding, mountain biking.

Alfred Shaker Museum was built in 1875 built by Shaker Wood. In 1931 the Brothers of Christian Instruction purchased the property from the Shakers.
