Jeremiah Mason House Guestrooms

Our guestrooms span three floors of the Inn and are furnished with either a king, queen, or twin size beds. Room amenities include: cable television in main sitting area as well as some rooms, air conditioning (offered seasonally) sitting area, and complimentary bath toiletries. Some rooms contain a warming fireplace stove and/or handicap features. Each guestroom on floor two have a private bath (most en-suite). Our budget minded guestrooms on the third floor share a large full bath with claw foot tub and separate shower. Please refer to individual guestrooms listed below as to specific details in the room. Please refer to the Reservations section for details on each of our eight guestrooms.

Our historic Inn offers ten comfortable and cheerfully decorated guestrooms. Below is a list of amenities we provide at the Inn which make your stay with us extra special. Included is a complimentary continental breakfast prepared by your host, Valerie Kessler.

THE JEREMIAH MASON HOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST POLICIES

AUTO-COLLECT
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes life throws you a curve ball, but for a small Inn like this, we do ask for all cancellations or changes to be done within a 7 day period in the Spring/Winter only. If for some reason you cannot do this, I will offer a full refund, less a $25 processing fee if I am able to re-book your room. Exceptions are holidays and/or weekends, weekends in June, July and August, and leaf peeping dates of September 14 - October 20th. On these dates we do ask a 14 day cancellation time frame. I am a Small Bed and Breakfast and last minute cancellations are detrimental to my business. Certain other occasions during which we may have had to turn potential guests away because there is no room at the Inn.

CHILDREN
We love to have children of all ages visit. Please do advise us no less than 24 hours in advance if special preparations are needed to accommodate your children.

PETS
We do love pets, but realize that there may be guests with allergies or other issues with allowing dogs and cats to stay in the B&B. For this reason, we no longer allow Pet's to stay in the Inn. I am more than willing to help you find local lodging for your fur babies.

SMOKING
For the comfort and safety of all, we are a non-smoking facility. We do have seating areas and butt receptacles around the grounds; please feel free to use them. Please be aware that if we find that you have smoked in your guest room, we will charge your credit card $175 or more depending if I need to get it professionally cleaned.

DEPOSIT
We do require a valid MasterCard or Visa credit card number to hold your room. If you do not have a credit card, please send us a personal check for the amount of one night lodging. Deposits are required for phone and online reservations of 50% or the equivalent of 1 night stay.

CHECK IN / OUT
Sunday - Saturday from 3pm - 8:30PM. Please do call or email and tell me if you have an evening check in. CHECK - OUT: NO LATER THAN 11 A.M. on the last morning of your stay. Please do let us know if your plans conflict with these times. In many cases we can be somewhat flexible if we know in advance what our guests' needs are.

COVID-19 POLICIES
Protect yourself and others during your trip: Clean your hands often. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub your hands together until they feel dry. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Avoid close contact with others. Keep 6 feet of physical distance from others. Avoiding close contact is especially important if you are at higher risk of getting very sick from COVID-19. Wear a cloth face covering in public. Cover coughs and sneezes. Please respect those also in the Bed and Breakfast, you may have different opinions, but please respect others space- especially going up and down stairs.
